Co-Host
Meet Robin, the coordinator of communities at SmartPatient.com, an excellent resource for finding others on the same medical journey. Robin works to connect individuals and caregivers with the support and resources they need. She is a frequent co-host on the Powerful Patient.
Michael B. Lawing
Patient Advocate for Kidney Cancer, Co-Host
Mike was a frequent co-host for many years. Following a diagnosis of kidney cancer in 1997 Mike started a 26-year journey of educating and advocating for himself and for other cancer patients; noting that “every day you are alive is a gift and a miracle”.
